Alex Kosuth-Phillips – Compliance & Customer Services Manager

Alex is thimbl.'s Compliance and Customer Services Manager. His role consists of ensuring everything customer-facing is in-line with the regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). Alex makes sure that thimbl. meets its regulatory obligations, creates policies and procedures for the business, and ensures these are followed correctly.

Alex has worked in financial services for over 10 years and has financial compliance experience in paid media marketing, social media marketing and digital operations. Alex's other duties include regulatory compliance, compliance monitoring and data protection/privacy.

Alex has completed various Financial Regulatory certificates including "Digital Media Under the FCA Qualification."

Providing clarity and transparency to our customers is a top priority – with this in mind, Alex also pioneered thimbl.’s partnership with the Debt Charity StepChange. Alex liaised with StepChange to help publish an online questionnaire to help potential thimbl. customers who wanted to assess their financial situation, gain access to free professional advice, and review their Money Health.
